I have banked with mountain America for many years and they have been exceptional to work with for my financial needs. Friendly staff and easy to use online app and website make all the difference in managing money and making payments, deposits and more. Would recommend!

Don't waste your money on the gap insurance. Purchased it 2 years later totaled my truck. Insurance paid off truck was owed $2,500 to get paid onto new vehicle. Refused to give loan on a $6,000 dollar commuter vehicle without $2,000 deposit. Just a scam

My least favorite branch I have been to. They seem very unorganized and don’t have any slips to fill out your information when driving through. Very slow service.

This bank has the best staff ever. Teamwork is a big deal here. You may think that I’m only saying this because I work here, but it is the actual truth. Every morning there is a morning meeting , and it helps everyone with communication and public speaking skills, there’s also a lot of the times that you leave the meeting very motivated and you’re ready to take on the day. Our loan officers do their best to help every single person. Even when there is a hard time they do their best. The managers are awesome, Terri and Brandon have your back no matter what. The tellers also do their best to help people with their finances. I have learned so much in the past 3 months, I can’t thank the team enough for making me part of their MACU family: if you want to come to the credit union, give it a shot. It may or not be to your liking but you don’t know until you give it a shot.

My husband and I came to this branch about a year ago (and often since) we met with Cody O’Brien who is the best! He was so nice and he made the process of opening a joint account, refinancing our vehicles, and even the process of getting our money back after our card info was stolen, so easy! Highly recommend him! We go to him any time we need anything and he always helps and goes above and beyond!

The staff are always eager to help, they are professional, knowledgeable and .friendly. We are always treated more like family than just another customer. Over my life, either personally or for my businesses, I have banked at two different credit unions and at least seven different banks, and MACU has been the best!

Excellent customer service! Both team members answered my questions, listened to my concerns and offered suggestions on ways to help. Giving me options. And quickly found resolutions. All with a kind professional attitude. Also after asking if Mountain America was in the state of Nevada, he quickly looked up the branches in the city that I inquired about. He explained how my son could open an account online. And use either of the branches. I’m thankful for their kindness and respect.
